Seneca Caverns

Seneca Caverns is located in northeast Seneca county just outside of Bellvue Ohio in a quaint building between a field and a cemetery houses this amazing wonder that extends 154 feet into the ground.

Preserved close to its original natural state, Seneca Caverns is a unique and educational adventure that you will always remember. The cave tour last for about an hour and has treacherous terrain., therefore we didn’t take much video. We were climbing up and down natural rock staircases, and we climbed down to the 6th level where we saw the Old Mis’try river, during later august the water level will lower more to where you can explore the 7th level.

After our tour we browsed the gift shop, did gem mining, which the boys had a blast doing and they also cracked open a geode. Which was really fun.

This trip was definitely worth it.
